Features in Air India's Boeing 787 Dreamliner flying from Delhi to Bangalore Video Clips. Duration : 1.05 Mins.

Air India's latest addition to its fleet - the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is an amazing aircraft. It has superior features, some of which are highlighted in this video. Dreamliner is extremely large with a 3+3+3 seating configuration in the economy class with central overhead storage bays. You will hardly find a situation where you don't get space for your cabin baggage near to your seat which is very common on domestic route flights. Most happier class would be the ones boarding late who always get to bear the brunt of this. The in-flight entertainment touch screen system is a welcome addition to this long domestic route. The retractable tray table occupies less space and is a boon to plus size passengers. The AC knob is more ergonomic to operate. The overhead bay is less cluttered without reading light switch and the crew request buttons integrated into the in-flight entertainment multi-purpose wired remote. The head rest is height adjustable. Dreamliner do not have the traditional window shades that you require to close during afternoon flights, and open during take off and landing. The window shades are electronically controlled with 4 levels of shades. Each shade change takes approximately 15 seconds, and with the darkest shade, it is an absolute bliss to see the sun and clouds with deep blue tinge.
